6. Ikaros (Sora No Otoshimono)

Ikaros is a good and funny character but she has been to sexualized that's why she's in 6th place. But if you changed that sexualized character his cuteness will make you bleed. She is like the usual dumb girl character that makes you happy because she so fucking cute when she's like that.Yesh!

Ikaros is a Angeloid that have fall from the sky. At first she is presented as a Angeloid pet class, but; as the story progresses we discover that it is not. Ikaros has a processing power and fight fairly high, so its emotional power is deficient (it shows that is just discovering his emotions by that she's so cuteeee). For you to understand me you should watch the anime.

5. Shiina Mashiro (Sakurasao no pet na Kanoujo)

Shiina is a super cute characther She is a the resident of room 202. She is a world famous artist who transferred into Suiko as a second-year to learn how to draw manga. Although her artworks are widely admired by the world in spite of her young age, she knows nothing other than drawing, and has an extreme lack of common sense and living ability. Due to this, Sorata is forced to handle Mashiro's living chores, to the point that he even has to pick out underwear for her, or she will go out without them.

She's a great and funny character. Is like the anime's name he's the pet you would really want to have. His character have it all funny, dumb, some sexual moments but nothing disgusting(all funny).

4. Tsukiko Tsutsukakushi (Hentai Ouji to Waranai) 

I don't know why but it seems like the character that I considers cute are like without emotion characters? Maybe? Tsukiko is an extremely shy person, who thinks of herself of being 

too childish. After she has prayed to the Stone Cat, her emotions aren't noticeable any longer. Apparently she likes eating as she devours snacks and other stuff all the time. It is often hinted that she has feelings for Yōto, but cannot express them since she has lost them to the Stony Cat. Every time Yōto acts too perverted with her, she habitually bites him. Also, she likes compliments.

3. Mira Yurizaki (Dimension W)

This is one of the few characters that's from the fall season. It's has been only 3 episode and for me it was enough to say that this character is soo cute. She is a robot made by and old man she call's his father his father disappeared so he joins in an adventure for finding coils with Mabuchi Kyouma. I think he's cute and I like the characther design so thats why she is in the Top. 

2. Noel (Sora no Method)

Noel is one of those character you will NEVER forget doesn't matter what happen. You just cant forget about her because his kind and lovely heart a little girls that can educate adults with his kindness and love. The last thing I will tell you is that when you see the anime (that you should) You will cry like there's no hope.

1.Seimei (Garo: Guren no Tsuki)

So the 1st place goes for Seimei from Garo! I just like his characther design she is so pretty. She was the one that inspired me toi do this Top. To be honest I dont know why I like her. But I just do. She is so awesome and beautiful. Ahh!

Seimei normally has a playful and 

easygoing personality, having an affinity for sweets. But she can get serious when challenged. She believes beauty is important, and will often remark upon it when she sees it. She often poses as a courtesan to lure men in for her own interests. She also has an unexplained hatred for butterflies and is noted to be a frequent liar.
